Leticia Serrato Sanchez, age 50, passed away peacefully at home on July 27, 2025.

Born on October 11th, 1974 in Bell Gardens California,  Leti brought warmth, humor, generosity and love to everyone around her. She was known for her vibrant laugh, sheer tenacity, and always having new, big ideas.

Throughout her life, Leticia had a love of many things: she was a talented painter, she loved to dance, she loved to sing, pretty much loved everything and anything that involved music. She even loved science, of all things, constantly learning about health and wellness, and what made the body tick. She was a generous giver, always thinking of others before herself. She was a great party planner, a talented DIY'er, and oh --  the party favors she'd love to make by hand, because no store could make them like she did.

She spent most of her life always learning... always digging into a new book, or researching a new entrepreneurial idea. She was a single mom, but an go-getting, independent, confident, strong woman that inspired so many. But more than anything, she will be remembered for the love of her family. She gave of herself and poured into everyone else. Always thinking of how she could show everyone how much she loved them.

Leticia is survived by her daughter Regina, her grandson Conrad, and her 6 brothers - Carlos, Rafael, Richard, Ronald, Victor, and Edward, and her father Rafael Gonzalez Sanchez. She was preceded in death by her mother Catalina Serrato Sanchez.

A memorial of Leticia’s life will be held on August 4th, 2025 at Noon at Thomas Miller Mortuary. All who knew and loved her are welcome.
