Leticia Bastidas, age 54 years of San Francisco, CA passed away on Tuesday October 15, 2019 after a difficult battle with Adrenal Cancer. She was born in Mexico on July 17, 1965 and is the daughter of Manuel Soberanes and the late Maria Rafaela Soberanes. Leticia graduated from Mission High School and attended Cañada College where she studied Human Resource Management. Leticia worked for the City and County of San Francisco for over 20 years …
