5 years? Where has the time gone. So much has happened, man. I just know how big you turning 40 was going to be this year. As for Sethu and uIza, they are sooooo grown- wish you were here to see that for yourself! Always in our hearts ❤️

2008, Pansula Bites, Braamfontein
Sikhishwe uLethu noSkippy...lol. We had heard so much about uLethu, umlungu, umagolide prior to meeting him and he happened to be in town that week. According to uGugu at the time, this guy was very dark but had such a colourful personality, he was the life of any gathering, he spoke Zulu with an English accent and we just couldn't wait to meet him. Of course ke, Lethu didn't disappoint...as dark as he was he was the whole sunshine to everyone he crossed paths with, saba izithandwa from day one...lol...everytime we'd meet he'd say 'ya sthandwa!'...lol! I'm convinced that all of Lethu's female friends were izithandwa, futhi ebes'thanda ngempela I can honestly say that I felt his love till the very end. Lethu was very genuine, one of the most authentic personalities I know. He was very stubborn, but stayed true to himself. Our friendship grew over the years, we became very close sino Lethu and connected on different levels more so spiritually - his spiritual growth and wisdom is what gives me comfort during this time of grief. uLethu uhambe emazi futhi emthanda uNkulunkulu, I hope that on its own brings comfort, strength and peace to all of his family, friends and colleagues. He loves us still and lives on in each of our hearts❤
