Amidst deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Dr. Lester Martin Partlow, Ph.D. Born in 1943 and distinguished in the sphere of Pharmacology and Toxicology. Dr. Partlow breathed his last breath on January 29, 2024. He was an esteemed alumnus of the Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD, where he acquired his Ph.D. in 1969.
