Lester is the husband of the beloved Helen Annina Fourcade Kendrick; cherished father of Lester P. Kendrick(MaryAnn) and Ramona K. The great-grandfather of Riley Curran, Brayden Kendrick, Gracie Kendrick, Elijah J. Cantrelle, Rosalie Cantrelle, Roman D’Anglo, Salem D’Anglo, and Gracie Huber and his brother Florence Kendrick. He also leaves behind a lot of extended family members and friends that loved him and will forever miss him.

Lester, who was retired from Lockeed Martin had the job and responsibility of working on 3 External Tanks at Michaud. He was know for his upbeat and courageous personality. Lester was so outgoing, friendly, and always had a smile on his face no matter what he was going through and made sure the family was happy. Unfortunately, he has lost his battle due to Cancer for the past years. Lester was not only an amazing father to his son (Lester P. Kendrick) but also to his daughter( Ramona K. D’Anglo) he was also the best grandfather and loved all of his family to no extent. Before and after his retirement from Lockheed Martin he loved camping and photography. Camping was one of his favorite things to do with family and his wife( Helen Kendrick) and along with his dogs( Buster, Lucy, Lady) they have explored many places and made a lot of memorable memories together.

Some of Lester( PawPaws) highlights were hosting birthday parties, Santa on the Bayou with family and friends, cooking pancakes for family, making tea, traveling to Alaska and Canada, and going to Disney with Family.

My family and I will forever cherish all the moment and memories we have made with my Pawpaw.
