Dad, what I would give to hear your voice one more time and give you a big hug. Your surgery was not suppose to happen like this, we had plans for 2024. I am so sorry that I was not there in your final days. I know I was where I had to be, giving birth to your beautiful grandson Anthony. You would love him, on one hand I am so happy to have my beautiful baby boy, but on the other so hurt of your passing. Please give me strength, and signs that you are with us. Ellie, Anthony, Rob and I love you very much. I will never forget our time spent together. I love you

Leslie Barber (77) of Hamilton Ontario, passed away in the early morning hours of Jan 5th, 2024. He suffered a stroke post lung cancer surgery and later passed away peacefully and with dignity.

Leslie, fondly known as Les was born to Mary-Jane and Leslie Barber on December 7th, 1946, in Belfast Ireland. He and his family immigrated to Canada in 1956, eventually moving to North York, Ontario. He lived an exciting life with his …
