Amitabh and I are sorry we won’t be able to attend the service in person, but we’ve been thinking about your family all week. You have our deepest condolences. Sending All our Love! -Megan
Leroy Tonn. What a bright light! What a refreshing kind soul. I'm better off knowing him....even if my time knowing him was limited. Grace. Love. A free spirit, yet also disciplined. He reminded me to chart my own course. Stay connected to my purpose. I know no one like him! A unique ever shining star. I'm sending his children, grandchildren and extended family my deepest condolences and prayers for their comfort at this difficult time.

I went to school with LeRoy, from Haven Lutheran Grade School to Haven High School. LeRoy was such a quiet and gentle young man, we lost contact - as most do after schooling ended- but caught up with him on Facebook. He loved his family, God, and music. He had many questions about pre-hospital medicine and asked me as a Paramedic and Instructor of Emergency Medical Education and I was interested in his well-versed reading and music. He told me of his leg issue on Easter and we talked on Facebook about healing and the care he was being given; needless to say, I was at a loss to hear of his passing. I offer my condolences to his children, grandchildren, friends, extended friends and will pray for God to guide you through this loss of such a kind and gentle man. Like his father in many ways, he listened much and offered opinion or wisdom only when asked on many topics. You all remain in our hearts and prayers.
I went to High School with Leroy and we was one hell of a good guy. I don't remember where it came from, but he was always called wino in school. So sorry to hear of him passing.
I'm so sorry for the loss of your father & grandfather. Leroy's mother & my father were brother & sister making Leroy my first cousin. Our family lost contact with Leroy around 1960. We discovered each other on Facebook this past year. I truly enjoyed getting to know him again. I will miss the many conversations we had sharing stories about our grandparents, & growing up with the Ventsam & Bauman sides of our family.
