Leonel "Leo" Garcia, 65, of San Antonio, TX, peacefully passed away on February 26th after a battle with brain cancer.
Born in Rio Grande City to Horacio & Beatriz Garcia, Leonel was a strong and loving soul. Leo was passionate about family from the start and dedicated his life in helping his family.
