Leonard's obituary

Leonard Mariotti (Len) was born on November 29, 1949, in Waterbury, Connecticut. He was born to Angelo and Olga Mariotti.

Len spent most of his early life growing up in Torrington, Connecticut where he graduated high school. After high school, Len was drafted into the army where he served 4 years and was honorably discharged.

Len would go on to meet his adoring wife Linda. Together they would have two remarkable children, Lenny and Kristina whom he loved and was so proud of.

Throughout his life, Len would succeed in a few different careers. Early on he shared businesses with his two brothers, he then moved his family to California to pursue a career in construction and finally would find his way into the medical industry.

Len loved working with his hands whether it was building things, gardening, cooking, or his favorite… working on cars. He also enjoyed going to an LA Kings game from time to time with his family. Family was so important to him.

Len centered everything around his faith in Christ. He loved the gospel. He was born again in 1961 at the age of 12. Len went home to be with his Lord and Savior on October 11, 2021, at the age of 71.

Len is survived by his wife Linda whom he was devoted to for 48 years, his two children: Lenny and Kristina, children-in-law Debbee and Chris, and his two brothers: Gary and Dan as well as countless family members and friends.
