Leona's obituary
Leona was born to Christian and Sophia Kaiser on December 10th, 1931 in Flint Michigan. Leona attended Flint Central High School. Leona married the love of her life, Kenneth (“Kenny”) on December 29th 1951.
Kenny and Leona resided in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Leona worked hard as a mother to 4 boys, as well as worked in food service at Grand Blanc Schools and Buick Administration where she retired.
After retiring, Leona and Kenny moved to Beulah, Michigan. Leona enjoyed a love of baking, league bowling, dancing and fishing with her husband Kenny, sons and grandchildren. She also loved travel, go on casino trips and spend time with her family and friends and favorite little dog, Abby.
Leona is survived by her husband Kenneth of Beulah, Michigan, sons Larry (Reba) of Holly, Michigan, Randy (Arlene) Rodgers of Clio, Michigan; Michael (Cathy) Rodgers of Lake City, Michigan; Mark Rodgers of Fremont, Michigan; grandchildren Chad (Angie); Tony (Amy); Christopher; Stacey (Nate); Shannon; Jenna; Travis; Trevor and Amber and many great-grandchildren.
Leona is preceded in death by her son John Christian, father Christian, mother Sophia and brothers Ed and Clarence.
Per Leona’s wishes, no public service will be held, however a private family service will be held on a later date, to be determined.
