Leona Powell-Smith, 66, passed away unexpectedly on March 31, 2020.
Born in Helena, Arkansas February 5, 1954. Leona was the daughter of George Powell Jr. and Arnetsia Williams (Arneste Powell).
Leona lived most of his life in Chicago, IL where she met and married Perry Smith Sr.. She was a retired bus driver with Rapid Bus Lines. Later in life Leona moved to Mattson, IL with her husband Perry Smith Sr. and on to Richton β¦
