Leona Marie Franklin was born in Winston, Oregon, USA, on July, 15th 1962. From her first moments on earth until her unexpected death in Roseburg, Oregon on June 26th, 2022 she was a force to be reckoned with-strong, passionate, and empathetic.
She married David Franklin on August 27th, 1995, with whom she shared her incredible love for God, music, travel, and adventure. Her taste in music spanned generations and genres, however, some of her favorites …

Instead of a funeral, Leona's family is having a celebration of life gathering at 5 p.m. on July 15th, 2022 at the Winston Dillard County park. We appreciate all the love and support and encourage everyone to share their favorite memories of Leona on this memorial website.
