Leona's obituary
Before retiring, Leona worked in various occupations including, working in multiple factories, bartending, and even owning her own tavern. In her spare time, Leona enjoyed gardening, crafting, and also attending her grandchildren's sporting events.
Leona is survived by her daughters, Mary Ann (Farkosh), wife of John "Jack" Henry, Perkiomenville, and Lucinda (Farkosh) DeWalt, fiancé of Peter Hall, Pottstown; a daughter-in-law Cheri (Farkosh), Ocean View, Delaware; her sister, Lucille Miller, Massillon, Ohio; and seven grandchildren, Tracy Vitacco; Steven Farkosh and wife Melissa; Angela DeWalt and Seth Kauffman; Stephanie Young and husband Andrew; Andrew Farkosh and wife Chelsey; Jenna Farkosh and Brian Neto and Evan Farkosh.
She is also survived by four great-grandchildren, Mason Farkosh; Jayden DeWalt; Kailynn Young and Zoey Kauffman.
Leona is preceded in death by her sons; Lawrence Farkosh; Carl "Skoop" Farkosh; and Ronald Farkosh, husband of Cheri (Barbour); her grandson Lucas Farkosh; her siblings, Evelyn Morrell, and Albert Lottig, husband of Nancy, Oley; and her daughter-in-law Victoria Farkosh, wife of the late Carl Farkosh.
Due to the pandemic, funeral services will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's. Arrangements are being made by Holcombe Funeral Home, Inc., Trappe.
