Leo Massay was a proud 1964 graduate of the Howard University School of Architecture & Planning.
A passionate designer and builder, Leo's career spanned 40 years. This scholarship fund will help keep Leo's legacy alive, by providing support to a deserving Caribbean student studying Architecture at Howard University. Contribute
