Leo's obituary
Leo was born on January 17, 1954 to a mother who had waited for him after having 5 girls. He was preceded in death by is mother Jane LaRue Alldedge Smith Hallstrom and father Leo Leonard Hallstrom Sr., brother Don and sisters DeLorus and Ramona who will be so happy to be with him again. Leo is survived by his significant other and our angel, Itzy, by sisters Rita, Lee Ann, Kristina, brother-in-law Richard and by his son Justin and granddaughter Lola. He is also survived by nieces and nephews that he enjoyed and loved.
Leo graduated from Granite High School and SL Community College. He worked as a machinist, but was better as a great entrepreneur. In school Leo made many wonderful friends whom he loved very much and stayed close to throughout the years going to Willard Bay, Yuba Lake and Lake Powell where he lovingly earned the name 'Boater from Hell'. Leo was a natural athlete and excelled in sports. He was very capable with plumbing and electrical repair and also auto repair (he had to be he wrecked enough of them). He loved animals and will have his poodles with him again. Leo had the kindest heart and was generous to a fault. He would help anyone he came across in need.
The family will be hosting a celebration of Leo's life and will let family and friends know when.
