I have wonderful memories of Aunt Lenore.  I used to go to visit my dad, Bob, her brother, during the holidays and in the summer. Aunt Lenore invited us to have dessert every Christmas after we had dinner with our cousins, the Wicks.  They were wonderful family get-togethers, and I was so thankful that she hosted them.  She was always so sweet to us and doted on my dad.  She will be missed. Love, her niece, Anne Harris- Piccoli

Aunt Lenore was always one of my favorite people. From the time I was a small child, through the traumatic loss of my father when I was 18, and then through my adult life, Aunt Lenore has always been one of the kindest and most loving people in my life. I remember many evenings when she and Uncle Ben would be over at our house, and even as a kid I could see how much fun the two grown-up couples were having. I also remember so many Christmas afternoon get-togethers at Lenore and Ben's apartment, where I would get to catch up with many of the Harris family relatives. I know she loved life -- she loved dance, theater, art, good conversation. She loved dogs, urban living, reading, and helping people grow into their personal potential. I will miss her beautiful gaze and smile, her gentle good humor and her loving presence. God bless her and keep her spirit in a Divine embrace.

From MARIE HARRIS, posted by Maurice Harris:

"From the time I first met Lenore, she was a pleasure to spend time with. She was fun-loving, warm and kind. She and I became very close. When I lost my dear husband, Bill, Lenore wrote me a note that I have kept close to me all my life. She thanked me for making her brother happy and she called me her sister. Ever since then, we always called each other sister and we were there for each other through many ups and downs of life. Few people could brighten a room or make your heart feel warm like Lenore. God bless her and give her peace and joy."
