It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Leminh Phan, 47, of Montrose, California, who left us on October 30, 2025 after a courageous battle with breast cancer.
Born on November 1, 1977, Leminh grew up surrounded by love and family. She was preceded in death by her younger brother, Binh Viet, and is survived by her parents, Charlie and Khanh, and …
