Lee Michael Jaquez passed away suddenly on May 09, 2001 at the age of 21 in Espanola, New Mexico.

He was born is Seattle, Washington on May 12,1979. 

He was raised in Los Alamos and Espanola, New Mexico.

He attended Aspen Elementary in Los Alamos, New Mexico and Sombrillo Elementary School in Espanola, New Mexico.

He spent 4 years at the Springer Boys home in Springer, New Mexico.

Despite his difficult childhood, he maintained a sense of humor, was friendly, athletic, artistic and resilient.

He was a competitive swimmer for the Los Alamos Aquatomics from ages 7-10.

His favorite subject was history.

His favorite color was red.

He is survived by his daughter Angelina Justine Jaquez.

He has 4 brothers , 2 sisters, 2 nieces.

His remains were interred at the Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in Espanola, New Mexico. 

Cause of death: Drug over dose
