Lee Rachel Mercer, 82, passed away peacefully on January 15, 2020 sitting in her chair in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Lee was a labor and delivery nurse by profession. She was a strong believer in Jesus Christ and will be remembered for her love of and devotion to God. Lee is preceeded in death by her parents, Ralph and Esther Mercer; her daughter, Tracy Bishop; and brother-in-law, Ted Armstrong. Lee is survived by her sister, Carol …
