Background
Lee-Anne Manuel helped initiate a wonderful cause called Compassion on the streets. She was incredibly passionate about helping the underprivileged and underserved in the community. Compassion on the streets is a vegan/animal rights grassroots organization dedicated to addressing the effects of homelessness in Toronto. Donations can be made in her memory in lieu of flowers as this is what she would have wanted. E-transfers to cevrickson@hotmail.com will go directly to compassion on the streets for their next outreach in February.
