Georgia Mc Clinton & Harry Williams raised Lee Davis moving to Houston , Texas in the late 1940’s
After graduating from [B.C Elmore High School in 1960 , he moved to Seattle Washington .
He landed his first job as a Rivet assembler at Boeing Aircraft and worked as a Musician . His love for music eventually encouraged him open one of the first African American Night Clubs in Seattle. He founded The Soul Cellar Night Club along Mr. Clean & the Cleaners the club house band . Mr. Clean and the Cleansers recorded several records on the Pacific Northwest Label
