Leberta Deckard , born in Waco, Texas April 23, 1950 has passed on peacefully from complications of stroke and congestive heart failure. Leberta Deckard was the eldest daughter of Queen Esther Brown and she is survived by her uncle Willie Deckard and three brothers, also five sisters. Leberta Deckard was mother to her only child, a son, Carl Deckard whom she also received two grand daughters ( Laylonnie Williams, Kelsy Ann Deckard). Leberta Deckard was a faithful member of Jehovah's Witnesses Christians Organization. She lived most of her life in the Inland Empire/ Riverside.
