I first met Labonon at his Father, my Father-in-law's funeral. I had heard many stories about him over the years. It was late when they all made it in from New York to Virginia, they missed the wake. The next morning we all gathered at my mother-in-laws home and was told there would be no viewing at the funeral and Labonon went off!! He was determined to see his father!! And he did! The next time we were all together it was at Dee and Jerold's wedding. I really enjoyed spending time with him as he shared many hilarious stories. The last time we saw him was at his home in Rome GA alone with all his furry friends. I feel truly blessed that our paths crossed and came to know him as my big bro as well. I already miss all the poems , prayers and encouraging words he often sent us daily. May you Rest In Peace Big Bro til we meet again.....

My cousin Lebanon Brown what's God's gifted he always had a kind word to share with people he knew his family and his friends Lebanon used to call me when I was feeling down and he always called at the right time to give me a scripture and a word of encouragement told me he loved me when I didn't feel loved at all he was a very special man in his own way I'm going to miss him I'll never forget him he always told me to keep pushing and that I was a fighter and that he was proud of me he knows my struggle and told me that God sees everything and everything is going to be alright as long as I keep doing the right thing I love you Lebanon Brown you're at peace with God
