Leah C. Zweidinger, age 48, of Akron, died Monday, January 1, 2024, in Perry Township, following a tragic incident.

Leah was born on April 13, 1975, in Ashland, Ohio, to Darlene (Harris) Zweidinger.

She graduated from Smithville High School in 1993 and worked as an optometric technician for View Point Care Center.

Leah enjoyed singing and art. She loved spontaneous trips, hiking and going to concerts. Leah was willing to do anything for others and expected nothing in return. But most of all she cherished spending time with her family. Her kind and generous soul will be missed.

Surviving are two sons, Micah Zweidinger and Alexander Zweidinger; siblings, Ray, Phil, and Linda; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Ashley Zweidinger.

Per Leah’s wishes cremation will take place and a memorial service will be planned for a later date.
