Leah Jane Cooper, age 53, went home to be with The Lord on Monday, January 28th 2019. She was born in Grand Rapids Michigan on June 20th 1965, and moved to Saline at the age of 5 where she remained for the rest of her life.
Leah loved children, and her favorite times were spent babysitting all the little ones in the family.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald J. Thompson, her mother, Regina A. Thompson (Adams), and her dear husband, James G. Cooper.
She's is survived by her sister, Lola (Arnold) Anderson of Nashville Tennessee, her beloved children Ashley Cooper of Lincoln Park, and Brooke (Shawn) Byrum of Belleville, her grandson Liam Byrum of Belleville, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Per her wishes, Leah will be cremated with memorial services to be announced at a later date.
