Leandrew Henderson was born in Dinwiddie Virginia on December 19, 1934, the son of the late Fred and Channey Henderson, he peacefully departed this life in the early morning hours of Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at the House of Grace Assistant Living in Bowie Maryland. He graduated from Dinwiddie Training School in 1954, moved to New Jersey when he was 19, he was employed by Drew Chemical Whippeny Paper Company and retired from Knoll Pharmaceutical. And returned to Virginia June 9, 1997 after retiring.

Affection know as “Lee” left with precious memories to treasure are his wife of 66 years Gloria Henderson, one daughter Mattie Lynn Wilkerson and granddaughter Zahmiah C. Wilkerson of New Jersey, brother David Henderson of New Jersey and sister Henrietta Henderson of Texas. Also preceded in death by his brother Will Rogers, Glenn, Hawthorne and Alton Henderson.

Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 7th 2022, 1:00 pm, Olive Branch Baptist Church, 11119 Boydton Plank Road Dinwiddie, Virginia.
