The Celebration of Life will begin at the Texas Peace Officer Memorial, on the grounds of the Texas State Capitol at 2:00pm.
Please park at the visitors parking garage at 1201 San Jacinto Blvd, Austin, Texas 78701. The memorial is near the garage.
The family will be presented with a flag flown at the Capitol building in Layla's honor and memory.
A DPS Trooper escorted processional will follow the events at the Peace Officer Memorial from the visitor parking garage to The Cathedral at 2403 E 16th Street in Austin, Texas.
