There are some people that it is just too painful to have to write a good-bye too - and Skip is one of those - it hurts the heart to even write this -so I've put this off till the last minute.  He was a big contribution to Life both on a macro and micro level.  Vibrant as he entered a room - Interested in others - Always there to lend his support - Even if you only knew Skip for a short time - you were truly fortunate to have the amazing impact of his  friendship. Skip, I can still hear your voice saying hello as you walked in the door.  I can still see the amusement on your face, right before you were going to tell a great story.  Our family will miss you very much!  Love, MarySue and Max
I'm so sorry to miss this! Sheri, Matt, the girls and I send our deepest sympathies. Love to all!
Happiness on Biscayne Bay, hanging out on Knot My Problem. Skip was such an amazing man and a great friend. He will always be missed.

My deepest sympathy to Skip's family. I really wish I could have met him. We seem to have had a lot in common. His sister Peggy sent me a copy of his book which I thoroughly enjoyed reading.  She has related many stories to me about their adventures together during their formative years and reading his book gave me a lot of insight to his life.

I prayed for him and Sheri every day after Peggy told me about his illness.

Our condolences and continued prayers to all.
