It is with sad hearts that the family of Joy Humphrey Waterhouse announces her passing on 12/20/22.
Joy was born on 5/7/1933 in Grant City Missouri to John and Emma Motsinger. She lived on a farm in Northern Missouri with her parents and three brothers until the age of 15 when the family moved west in 1948. They eventually settled near Jasper Oregon.
She met her first husband, Elton Humphrey while attending Pleasant Hill High …
