It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Laura Flax-Gaddis, affectionately known as “Bibby” by her family and close childhood friends. Born on December 21, 1958, in Vancouver, Washington, Laura was the cherished middle child of William Webb and Janice Webb.
Laura grew up in the Portland area and attended Sunset High School before pursuing her passion for beauty and creativity. She earned an associate's degree in Cosmetology from Mt. Hood …
