Latisha Renee Spicer, 37, of Booneville, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2024. She was born March 2, 1987, in Little Rock, Arkansas.

She was in the Army National Guard and worked as a postal worker. She loved farming and caring for her farm animals, going to the football games, helping others, and enjoying live music and bonfires. She particularly enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Latisha was such an amazing person, loving and wonderful mother, the best sister in the world, a caring daughter and loyal friend. She had in my opinion the perfect little life. She worked hard and her kids always came first no matter what.
