Background
It is with broken hearts and unimaginable grief that we share the loss of our precious daughter, LaSaundria “Pumkin” Eggleston. From the moment she was born, Pumpkin fought bravely against sickle cell disease. Despite a lifetime of pain and hospital visits, she remained strong, courageous, and full of love. She was truly a fighter.
On December 24, Pumpkin suffered a devastating stroke caused by complications from sickle cell. Our world changed forever that day. Losing her has left an emptiness in our hearts that words cannot fully describe.
Because of her lifelong illness, Pumpkin was unable to continue working and lost her life insurance, leaving our family unprepared for the overwhelming funeral and burial expenses. As we navigate this profound loss, we are humbly asking for help to give our daughter the peaceful and dignified farewell she deserves.
Any donation, no matter how small, will help ease this heavy burden and allow our family to focus on grieving, healing, and honoring Pumpkin’s beautiful life. We are deeply grateful for every prayer, kind word, and act of support during this incredibly painful time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Contribute
