Larry Martin Turnley, 77, Christian Co., passed away on Friday, December 22, 2023.

Larry was the son of the late Cornelia "Pie" and George Turnley, Sr. He was born on September 21,1946, in Christian Co.

Larry was a member of Church Hill Baptist Church where he was a Deacon and Superintendent of Sunday School. He worked as a truck driver for Hudson Logistics.

He enjoyed bowling, traveling, reading, going out to eat, and spending time with his family. Larry was NAACP member and a part of Attucks Class of 65.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by 2 grandchildren; Siblings, Mary E. Turnley Cruite, George Turnley, Jr., Macie Turnley Henry, Robert M. Turnley, and Hugh Benny Turnley.

Survivors include his wife, Diane Rowell Turnley; Children, Anthony Brown, Jamaal Herring, Kathleen (Morris) Mackey, Tiffani (Jay) Adams, Lamar (Leona) Rowell; Siblings, Mattie Slappy, Connie McGee, Charles (Marilyn) Turnley; 15 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; Mother-in-law, Frankie Bonner, a host of niece and nephews.
