Private, Larry Pope, 84 passed away peacefully surrounded by friends and family at Pigeon Falls nursing home on 8/21/20. Larry was a decorated veteran who served in the Korean War.

Larry was born on 02/12/1935 in Eau Claire to his parents Leonard and Gwendolyn Pope. When he was just 17, Larry decided he wanted to join the Navy and was stationed at Barbers Point Radio School in Hawaii. Larry would go on to serve in …
