Larry Russell Kinne, a kind-hearted and loving man, passed away on Sunday, April 27th, 2025, at the age of 72, after a courageous battle with ongoing health complications. Born on August 12th, 1952, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Larry spent his life spreading joy, love, and laughter to all those around him.
After moving to Las Vegas, Nevada, with his family in the late 1950s, Larry built a life filled with hard work, dedication, and devotion. He worked tirelessly as a heavy machine operator until his retirement, providing for his loved ones and building a legacy that would be remembered for generations to come.
Larry loved ketchup, fishing, working on multiple things from construction to machinery and his 4 dogs; Dude, Bella, Little Girl and Bruno.
Larry's greatest joy was his family. He devoted himself to caring for his beloved wife, Irene, during her illness, showing unwavering love and commitment until her passing on December 27th, 2022. His selflessness and compassion inspired countless lives, and his legacy will live on through the memories and love shared by those who knew him.
Larry's passing leaves a void in the lives of his surviving family members, including Mary Jane McCay, Frank McCay, Sherry Wheeler, Joanne Hanscom, Charles Hanscom, Chuck Hanscom, Theresa Del Rio, Jenine Smith, John Grover, Michelle Valdez-Oller, Alicia Valdez, Joey Smith, Albert Valdez Jr., Jessika Smaling, Rebecca Cruz-Alas, and Jeannine Hall. He is also survived by his 8 great and great-great grandchildren, who were the lights of his life and brought him immense joy.
Larry's life was a testament to the power of love, kindness, and dedication. His humor, warmth, and generosity touched the hearts of everyone he met, and his memory will be cherished for years to come.
