Larry was born in Xenia, Ohio to Mary Richey Hemmer and Leonard Cox on Dec. 20, 1996.
He is survived by his Mother Mary. His Twin brother Terry (Paula) Cox, Stepbrother Phillip(Ann) Hemmer, Step sister Ruthanne Flottman-Hemmer, Sister-in-law Maggie Hemmer 11 nieces and nephews, 4 great nieces and nephews, many friends and his cat …
