Larry's obituary
In Loving Memory of Larry Corona Sr.
We are heartbroken, but we are also at peace knowing that you are finally reunited with Cornelio F. Santos & Oralia Corona-Santos (mom & dad). After a long strenuous battle, he gained his wings on March 21, 2025. Larry Corona Sr. was known to be a jokester, a very loving and compassionate person, known for his infectious laugh, and his ability to make everyone feel welcomed at the same time fear his presence. He was a loving husband to Estella Corona. A devoted father to his 6 children, Laura Corona-Valencia (Robert Valencia), Larry Corona Jr. (Kimberly Corona), Oralia Corona-Matute (Angel Matute), Cornelio Corona, MaryAlice Corona (Omar Corona), Samuel Corona Sr. (Michelle Corona). Such a caring grandfather that took on the role of raising 5 as his own, Jasmine Nahnsen (Aaron Nahnsen), Graciela Montelongo (Renee Sanchez), Abel Montelongo Jr. (Briana Montelongo), Azalia Montelongo (John Montelongo), Vanessa Montelongo (Gabriela Montelongo). Helped support and raise an additional 19 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. He was a caring brother, uncle, cousin, nephew, and friend. He always taught us to never give up, stay strong, and stick together as a family. He always valued family over everything. Taught his children to never depend on anyone and learn how to be a jack of all trades just like him. He will always be remembered and forever live in our hearts.
P.S. Clyde and Chato miss you too, hope you’re having fun with Chula and the babies.
