Larry Lee Buberl born 10-10-1941 joined his Band of Brothers on November 1st 2020.
Larry joined the Army at the age of 18 and became a Screaming Eagle, 101st Airborne and had a Rendezvous with Destiny. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War. Larry went when his country called and fought for the land he loved. He became a life time soldier serving his county in war and peace, on American soil and in other countries.
After Larry retired from the Army he went on to be a highly regarded police officer in Stillwater and also a teacher of Military History at St Thomas Academy. At St Thomas Academy he guided young men into leadership roles which would serve them and their country well.
Larry deeply believed you kneel for the cross and the fallen and stand for the American flag and justice.
Larry has slipped the surly bonds of earth, and danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings; he put out his hand and touched the face of God
