Obituary for: LaRee E. Huff

August 31, 1949 – November 2, 2025

LaRee E. Huff, 76, of Plymouth, Minnesota, went home to be with the Lord on November 2, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Cedar Falls Township, Iowa, LaRee grew up with a deep love of family, faith, and helping others.

In 1970, she began her career as a flight attendant with North Central Airlines, where she developed a lifelong passion for travel and connecting with people. She continued her aviation career through airline mergers and changes, retiring with Delta Airlines in 2005 after 36 years of dedicated service.

In recent years, LaRee brought that same warmth and kindness to her work at Hy-Vee Grocery Store, where she joyfully served customers in the bakery and at the cashier station. Her friendly smile and caring heart touched everyone she met.

It brought much joy to LaRee when served the Lord through her work with children through the years in: BSF (Bible Study Fellowship), Sunday School, Awana, and Pioneer Girls. She loved serving as a co-leader and being part of Revive’s Encouragement Group and cherished the wonderful friends she met there. The group shared openly about their struggles with chronic pain and disabilities, supporting one another throughout their journeys. LaRee was a devoted member of Revive Church in Brooklyn Park for over 30 years. Her faith guided every part of her life. She had a gift for making Scripture come alive and encouraging others in their walk with God.

Outside of her church and work, LaRee found enjoyment in: a variety of crafts, gardening, baking, and caring for her two beloved parakeets, Twitter and Tweet, and grand-dog, Zelda. She will be remembered for her gentle spirit, steadfast faith, and the love she shared so freely with her family and community.
