Laqrecia Joanne Clarke was born on October 30, 1976. She was the first of four children born to Ada and Richard Wallace. Laqrecia accepted Christ early, which rooted her in grace and spirituality. She was a caregiver by nature who always inspired and uplifted those around her. Her caring and faithful spirit led her to the United States Air Force.
