It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Landon Moonyham. Born on September 11, 1997, Landon embraced life with a passion and generosity that enriched all who had the privilege of knowing him. He departed this world far too early on July 21, 2023, leaving a void that can never be filled.

Landon is remembered with love by his family which includes his father Timothy Ashley, his mother Kimmy Moonyham, his brother Austin Ashley, his sister Lizzy Ashley and his grandmother Evelyn Moonyham. Their cherished memories of Landon will remain in their hearts forever.

Landon brought warmth, love, and laughter into the lives of those he touched. His outgoing and caring nature, his kind spirit and will were a beacon to those around him. An animal lover, his conservation efforts were as important to him as his love for the outdoors. He found solace in hiking, making his way through nature, and in his quieter moments cherished time spent fishing. Pizza, his favourite food, often accompanied him on these outdoor adventures.

At the heart of Landon’s legacy was his belief in treating everyone as if tomorrow were not guaranteed. His ability to spread warmth and kindness wherever he went was testament to his loving spirit. Remembering Landon for who he was and how he lived, we are reminded of the lessons he taught by his own example - to be generous, to be kind, and to cherish every moment.

Landon's absence will be deeply felt by his family, friends, and the community he so loved. We take comfort in knowing that he is now in the care of the Lord. As we mourn his loss, let us also celebrate his life, remembering him for his love, joy, and the unwavering kindness he shared so freely. Landon, you will forever be missed.
