Update from June 22, 2024

We will see you all in a few hours... something to note: the VFW has two doors- the main entrance to the bar on the right and the entrance to the event on the left. The left door should be cracked and/or open. Please enter through this door. Thank you! We'll see you soon!

Update from June 19, 2024

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE EVENT: As Lance's Celebration of Life is quickly approaching, we wanted to remind everyone that the dress code is CASUAL. We want to see you all as Lance did- come as you are! If you want to dress it up a bit, that's fine too.
FOOD: A small taco bar will be provided but please think of this event as "potluck style". If you recall a favorite food you enjoyed with Lance, bring it along! Lance loved sweets, so bring a pre-packaged pack of cookies or baked goods! Of course, you are not required to bring anything but those are some ideas if you would like to contribute to the event.
PARKING: Parking is limited at the event. If you can't find parking at the VFW, you may need to utilize the residential streets nearby. Please be respectful of others' property and don't block driveways/alleys etc. There are a couple of handicapped spots available and we do have a couple folks coming who need those spots so please don't use them if you yourself don't need them.

Thank you! We look forward to seeing you all this Saturday.

Update from May 31, 2024

"Lance was..." videos are being accepted for a compilation video to be played at Lance's Celebration of Life and uploaded to his online album. Please send us a short 1-2 sentence video of yourself telling us what Lance was to you. Examples: "Lance was an unforgettable brother" or "Lance was a loyal friend." Videos can be sent to either Bob or Amy via Facebook, or to happilyamy@gmail.com or bobwonch@gmail.com. The deadline for videos is June 15th, though we would prefer to have them sooner so work can begin on the compilation video. Thank you everyone.

Update from April 30, 2024

We have started an evolving album with photos and videos of Lance. Additional memories will be posted as we receive them.
