Lamote's obituary

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Lamote Beldsoe, a precious life taken far too soon on July 15, 2023. Born on December 10, 1997, Lamote lived a life that, though short, was profoundly impactful.

Lamote was a beacon of kindness who brought joy to those who were fortunate to share in his journey. He was described by loved ones as helpful, sweet, and a hard worker. Always willing to lend a hand, his favorite recreational activity was helping his family. He imparted the essential lesson of being oneself, determinedly leading by example.

A gifted athlete, Lamote passionately engaged in track events and football. His prowess and enjoyment of the sports were evident, and his dedication was truly inspirational. His legacy is a testament to a life lived with kindness and authenticity, leaving an indelible imprint on the hearts of those he encountered.

Lamote is survived by his beloved mother, Patrice Ross; his step-father, Terry Ross; his sister, Talia Ross; his doting grandmother, Belvery Easter, and grandfather, Willie Easter. He is also survived by his Aunt Tammy Miller, and his Uncles Willie Ramon Easter and Jeffery Taylor. Lamote was predeceased by his father, Willie Langigton, and his aunts Sheryl, Marsha, and Micheal Langigton.

We mourn the loss of Lamote and hold dear the memories we were privileged to create with him. His legacy of kindness perseveres, and he will be greatly missed, yet forever loved.
