Background
Lakshmi was diagnosed with Glioblastoma in early February which started her hospital journey. She passed away due to post-surgical complications after her initial tumor resection.
Glioblastoma is a rare form of cancer with only 10-20,000 new cases a year in the US. Due to this, research for treatment of Glioblastoma has not progressed nearly as far as other forms of cancer.
We invite you to spread awareness of the disease and to think of those suffering from Glioblastoma.
