Kylee's obituary

October 4, 1991 - March 14, 2023

It’s with a shattered heart that I announce the passing of my sweet, beautiful daughter, Kylee Sheila Ann Carnegie-Middlebrook. She left this world peacefully with her loving family by her side on March 14, 2023 at the tender age of 31. I am so proud to say that Kylee fought so bravely & with every bit of strength she had throughout her almost 5 year battle with a very rare & aggressive cancer. She was taken from us way too soon.

“Someday we will be together again and what a day that will be!”

Kylee is forever loved & missed by her heartbroken mother, Mary Margaret Carnegie, who remained by her side, relentlessly fighting & protecting Kylee from the darkness that surrounded her for much of the last five-plus years of her life.

Kylee was a very loving & devoted partner to Christopher Doyscher.

Kylee is the dearest daughter of William Middlebrook & beloved sister to Leigh Ann (Lorenzo) and Jami Lyn, who was also her best friend. One of Kylee’s biggest regrets was that she was not able to spend as much time as she wanted with her nieces & nephews, Jade, Cherish, Prince & Paris and that the younger ones wouldn’t remember her when she was gone. They were the absolute light of her life.

Kylee will be forever loved and dearly missed by her adoring aunts (uncles), Paula (Tom), Karen (Greg) and her aunt Cindy (Brian) with whom she shared a very close bond. Kylee was a most special niece to Tracy (Marc) & Cynthia. Kylee was so fortunate to be loved & supported by cousins Jordan, Chase,  Tammie, Wes & Tyler as well as so many other extended family members.

Kylee was predeceased by her Grandma Ann, Grandma Carnegie, Grandpa Middlebrook, Great-Gramma Middlebrook & Great-Gramma Gillings, who all loved her so very dearly.

Kylee continues to shine down on all of the many people whose lives she touched everyday. She was an angel on earth before she became an angel in heaven.

Arrangements were entrusted to Windsor Chapel Funeral Home ( 519-523-7234) A Celebration of Life was held on Mother’s Day, May 14, 2023. In lieu of flowers, the family would like to suggest that donations be made to Hospice of Windsor.
