Kurtis William Griffing, 65, born on September 4, 1955 in San Diego, California to Raymond and Mary Ellen Griffing, passed away on Sunday June 20, 2021 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Kurt is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Griffing and five of his six children; Christopher Ray Schulz, Kristopher William Griffing, Karl Raymond Giddings, Joanna Marie Franks, and Robert John Moorehead; as well as too many grand children to name. He was preceeded in death by both of his parents, his brothers, Mark and Preston, and his son Kurtis Michael Giddings. Kurt was passionate about cars and spent all of his working career in the parts and service department at various automotive dealerships. He loved classic rock music and being next to a body of water with his family and his dogs. A celebration of Kurt's life will be held at Wintersmith Park in Ada, Oklahoma on Wednesday July 7th at 1pm.
