Dear Rocio and the Duty family, 

We were so deeply sorry to hear about Kurt's sudden passing.  You and Kurt met with me and my husband at his mother's house in Annandale.  We liked both of you very much.  Kurt was so genuinely kind and engaging, and we could tell he was an honest person just after a short meeting.  It's not often that one has a brief meeting with someone yet then feels so saddened by the loss of that person.  We really didn't know Kurt, but he certainly made an impression.  Our hearts go out to you and your family.  May God strengthen you and walk with you in the coming days.

Shocked and saddened to hear of Kurt's passing. He was always the true authentic person that we found so endearing. Our condolences to you, Rocio, and your children and grandchildren. Many Hugs, Sherman & Thilda

I am so sad to learn of Kurt’s passing. Kurt helped my husband and I buy our first (and only) house in 2014 and he made the experience fun, interesting and enjoyable. He was a total pro at his craft and had such patience with us. He had a great sense of humor and was a total people person.  My heart goes out to Rocio and their entire family.
