Krystal Marie Bailey, formerly of Williamsport, PA, passed away unexpectedly on November 25, 2023 at the age of 33 in Jacksonville, FL.

Born to Russell and Jo Lee Rice Bailey on April 24, 1990.  She was predeceased by her father, Russell Bailey and her Grandparents, Van and Gertrude Rice. She is survived by her son, Mason Bailey, whom she loved with all her heart. She is also survived by her Mother, Jo Lee Rice Bailey in Elmira, NY, her brother, Cory Rice (Ashley Steele), and her nephew and niece, Skylar and Isabelle Rice in Gastonia, NC her aunts; Betty Ruggiers (Dave Herrmann), Bonnie Cunningham (Scott), Judy Crippen (Martin) her uncle David Rice (Rosa) and many cousins. 

Besides her son, she loved her cats and hated to turn away a stray. She enjoyed talking to her Mom almost every day. She will be forever missed by her family and friends.
