Kristie Boulette, 49, of Shapleigh, ME, passed away on March 25, 2025, surrounded by loved ones, after a short battle with lung cancer. Born on August 18, 1975, in Worcester, Massachusetts, She spent the first half of her life in Worcester. At age 24 she made the adventurous move to Maine, where she later met her significant other Josiah, made many friends, and enjoyed the rest of her days.  Kristie brought warmth and vibrancy to the lives of those around her throughout her life.

She is lovingly remembered by her mother, Deborah Perry; her brother, Rich Boulette; and her significant other, Josiah Fortier. Kristie was a devoted mother to her daughters Brittaney Gallipeau, Paige Caballero, and Vianca Caballero, and her step-son Perry Fortier.  Kristie will also be missed by her nephews, Wyatt and Hunter Boulette. Her love extended deeply to her grandchildren—grandsons Jazavian, Jacob, and Logan, and granddaughters Kayleigh and Autumn—who brought immense joy to her life. She also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, and cousins who she cherished during her lifetime. She had made many life long friendships and acquaintances along the way who will also miss her dearly.

Kristie was predeceased by her grandmother Rita G Perry, grandfather Paul S Perry, father Richard P Boulette, and uncle James Perry. Their memories remained close to her heart throughout her life.

Known for both her kind heart and feisty attitude, Kristie had a spirit that left a lasting impression on everyone she met. She cherished time with her family above all else—especially moments spent with her beloved grandchildren. Whether crafting with the girls, watching the boys do trick moves, or hanging out by the lake with the family, Kristie found joy in simple pleasures that reflected the depth of her love for those closest to her.

Music was a constant companion in Kristie's life. It uplifted her spirit and often filled the spaces where laughter and love were already abundant. Many times she would be found bumping to 90s R&B and Hip hop at top volume. She shared lots of laughs and jokes with her loved ones, which is a testament to the bonds she shared with them all.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Kristie’s honor on Sunday, May 4th, 2025 from 1 PM to 4 PM at Village By The Sea, located at 1373 Post Road in Wells, Maine (04090). Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of a woman whose presence brought light and love into so many lives.
