Happy "Heavenly" Birthday, Kou! You and I were getting to know each other. I was so happy getting to know you better. You were one of the best Customer Service people in Trafera. No one I emailed responded faster than you, and you would take care of customer service issues in a flash. I have dealt with many people who have passed, and I know you receive these well wishes. It is with honor that I say I miss you, and I hope you know your loved ones miss you and they will see you in their own time. Until we meet again, take care, Kou!

Sending condolence and love to Kou's family. I had the pleasure of working with him the last couple years and he was always a joy to be around. Very funny, hard working and so caring. A most recent memory was at a team lunch outing in early August, I sat next to him and he talked about his camping trip he was about to go on and was so excited. He was very proud of his family, his nieces and nephews and was so faithful. He is already very missed by our Trafera team.

I am sorry for the loss of your beloved, Kou. My condolences and prayers go out to his family and friends. I was lucky to spend some time weekdays working with Kou. We chatted remotely when he had questions and those times always made me smile. He was so ready to figure out the solution. I could see a bit of a puzzled look on his face as we would start a call and there was always a moment were you would see it all click in his expression and you just knew....he got it! He will be missed greatly by our team, he was a big part of us all!

I am deeply sorry for your loss. I had the great privilege of getting to work on Kou’s team over the past eighteen months. Kou was smart, polite, professional, hard working, a life long learner, humble, kind, respectful, and took great pride in his work. I will miss hearing him wish me a good morning and to have a good night, about his trips and weekends spent outdoors, about the love for his family (especially the way he talked about being an Uncle), about his devotion to God. I will miss his sense of humor, his nervous giggle when presented with a challenging situation.
Kou was a remarkable person who will be missed by so many.

I am deeply saddened about Kou's sudden passing.
But one memory of Kou that has always stuck out to me was when I felt like I was at one of the lowest points (girl issues LOL) at the time in my life. Even though we were cousins, we didn't talk or hangout much. We had different group of friends that we would hangout with. But one day, out of nowhere, Kou approached me and encouraged me by telling me that he sees my sufferring and what I was currently going through and that he has my back if I ever needed him. That caught me off guard. I had no idea that he noticed or cared about what was going on in my life. That just shows me what kind of person Kou is 😭.
To Kou:
Thank you so much for your friendship, thoughtfulness, and servant heart for others like your family and your church community. Your passing and absence affects more people than you will ever know. Though your time here with us was so short, I am thankful to have known you. Love you! Rest in peace brother. You will be missed!!!
